I have a colleague called Gwen who is leaving but this isn’t about him or anyone who exists. I made it up and I used the name because it sounds a bit ‘when’ as well as being the subjects name.
I think this is possibly the best my voice has sounded when recorded, especially on the chorus bits. The verses have been processed a little as the vocal wasn’t robust enough the higher it went. The guitar was recorded first in one take then I added the keyboards and bass via a midi controller. The harmonica is an old Hohner Echo Super Vamper I have had for about 35 years that happens to be in the correct key.
